Premier Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a leading business that specialise in providing IT solutions and IT services to both private and public sector clients across the globe.

Our client is looking to recruit a Head of Sales Enablement within the business and are therefore looking to speak with candidates who have a proven track record in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address training needs of the revenue team, ensuring consistent capability in presenting company solutions.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and materials to equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and skills to exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain sales enablement documentation, including playbooks, training materials, and knowledge management assets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and collateral for the sales team, including pitch assets, presentations, case studies, and product sheets.
  • Provide input on product positioning and competitive differentiators to empower the sales team in communicating value.
  • Manage the sales enablement team effectively.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs, tracking KPIs such as revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, offering insights and recommendations to drive sales productivity and optimize processes.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

  • 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or similar roles in B2B businesses.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and their implementation for remote teams.
  • Creative skills for developing compelling sales assets throughout the sales process.
  • Experience in sales management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate sales teams.
  • Proficient in presentation and facilitation, delivering engaging training sessions.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and metrics for performance improvements.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Knowledge of social media management platforms and B2B marketing landscape is advantageous.
