Essential IT Security Specialist Skills:

• Experience with incident troubleshooting and escalation.
• Windows Server administration.
• User Access privileges.
• Knowledge of networks and physical infrastructure.
• Strong customer service ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• A working knowledge of Cyber and IT Security concepts and practices.
• Able to lead and influence projects and services.
• Experience of security-related software such as Zscaler, Darktrace, M365.
• Knowledge of reporting software including Splunk and SolarWinds.
• Knowledge of vulnerability testing software including Nessus.
