As an IT Engineer, you will be at the heart of our technical operations will include.
- Office 365 Administration: Managing and maintaining Office 365 environments, including user accounts, licenses, and security settings.
- Mailbox Management: Overseeing email services, including mailbox provisioning, troubleshooting email issues, and ensuring efficient email flow.
- Networking Fundamentals: Applying your knowledge of networking principles to configure and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, both on-premises and in the cloud.
- User Management: Handling user account provisioning, permissions, and access control to ensure a secure and efficient IT environment.
- Troubleshoot Server Issues: Diagnosing and resolving server-related problems, ensuring the continuous availability of critical systems.
- Technical Support: Providing exceptional support to end-users, both remotely and on-site, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with 3rd Line Support and other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Demonstrated proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Proven experience in Windows server management.
- Proficiency in M365 support and administration, including expertise in conditional access protocols.
- Strong background in networking, encompassing both Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols.
- Experience with wide area network (WAN) technologies.
- Competence in firewall management and configurationp
