An industry leading software provider are looking for a Software Architect to join their growing Engineering and Architecture teams. The Software Architect will play a key role in the design development and deployment of their proprietary software that aims to make the places we live, work and socialise safer for everyone.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect the overall structure of software systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, ensuring architectural best practices
- Identify and mitigate risks, including scalability, performance, and security concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure alignment with architectural vision and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role, with a strong background in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
- Solid understanding of software design and architecure principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with designing and architecting scalable and maintainable software systems.
