Workday Systems Specialist, Warwickshire
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum + Bonus (Hybrid working option)
As a Workday Systems Specialist, based in the Warwick office and be part of a busy HR Systems team.
Responsible for:
Responsible for Workday HR Systems, ensuring the integrity of the database structure and data in the systems.
- Acting as a key part in the ongoing system development and configuration, supporting teams to ensure processes and systems are managed and updated to offer the best possible customer service across all levels of the business.
- Managing multiple projects and working to deadlines
Skills required
HR Systems configuration experience, Workday knowledge is advantageous.
Analytical & problem solving abilities, great communication & stakeholder management skills
Experience of putting in place new processes or procedures to ensure continuous
Improvement
Strong all-round IT skills including database input, data manipulation and reporting analysis
