1st Line IT Analyst - Peterborough - GBP £23,000 (Hybrid after probation)

My client is a leading Software House based in the Peterborough area and they have opened up a new role for someone who it looking to either Kick start their IT Career or continue to grow within the IT industry!

They are now seeking a confident and passionate individual to join the IT Support team! This role offer the opportunity to work with Large UK clients and to work with senior professionals. My client is offering a full training package and a progression plan.

Day to Day responsibilities:

  • 1st point of contact for the client base (Phone/Email/Chat)
  • Perform initial triage on tickets and raising to the relevant team member
  • Keep up to date with Tickets and where they are up to
  • Getting hands on with new technologies, hardware & software

The ideal candidate will have/be able to:

  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite & Windows
  • Passion for technology & IT
  • Good Telephone manor and communication
  • Be decisive and have the passion to problem-solve
