Test Analyst 

Inside IR35 - 2 days onsite minimum

We have partnered with a leading banking organisation to find an experienced Test Analyst who has a background in financial services. The role will help the bank with a major upgrade project to one of their core banking applications, experience of this type of role is essential. Delivery of various test activities across the different branches, working with test manager, business analyst, IT and business users. Work will initially focus on documenting use cases and the associated test cases, and uploading to test system. This project is to deliver an upgrade to the core banking system by August 2025 so has excellent scope for extension.

Skills required:

• Delivery of various test activities across the different branches, working with test manager, business analyst, IT and business users
• Work will initially focus on documenting use cases and the associated test cases, and uploading to test system
• Execution of test cases and supporting users in execution of test cases
• Some test coordination and administration will also be involved e.g production of test reports / metrics
• Working mainly in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Wiki and boards (similar to Confluence / Jira) and MS Office suite
• Prior experience working as a test analyst on projects in the finance sector either on the business (Operations / Settlements) or IT side required.
• Prior experience with Core Banking Systems would be ideal
