Programme Manager & Digital Transformation Lead
- Collate and visualise the full programme of development, people and process change activity into a central plan.
- Review of all major infrastructure and digital projects and create MSP or equivalent of all activity that will impact on the airport's operations function.
- Work with stakeholders to understand and document the impacts and requirements on their domains and staff.
- Identify the key people and process change requirements resulting from the airport strategy and development programmes
- Create an overview of resource requirements and timing across all change activity.
- Set up systems for monitoring, tracking reporting and governing the plan.
- Set up process/routine for maintaining the plan in in preparation for hand over to the new Transformation Lead
