Cloud Infrastructure/Customer Support Engineer - Care Technology Organisation

Applause IT are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure/Customer Support Engineer for a care technology organisation. The ideal candidate will be based in the Northeast of England and will be required to travel on site to external customers. The organisation provides assisted living alarms alongside other technologies that aid care.

The candidate will need to provide Cloud Infrastructure support, deploying ,maintaining and supporting their cloud hosted platform. The candidate will also provide on-site for on premise systems at the organisation's customer locations. The role will also require the candidate to be part of an on - call rota which will be 1 week every 5 weeks.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
• Azure Expertise
• Ability to design IaaS Architecture and present deployment options.
• Experience of Router/Firewall management
• Competence in building and configuring Windows Servers (2012-2019)
• A full UK driving licence
