Responsibilities in your new role as E-commerce & Marketing Manager

• Create, execute, and meet e-commerce objectives
• Execute effective marketing campaigns within specified budget limits
• Strategically design e-commerce promotions to drive rapid growth
• Coordinate demand generation across various channels
• Supervise eCRM strategies to boost customer loyalty
• Supervise agency partnerships and refine product offerings
• Set and track ROI and KPI metrics
• Produce monthly summaries of e-commerce marketing efforts
• Apply analytics to improve customer satisfaction

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in driving e-commerce growth, coupled with prior leadership roles in marketing management. Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential, along with a keen business sense and proficiency in budget oversight. Previous exposure to the luxury sector would be advantageous. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in SEO and Google AdWords, with a basic understanding of technical aspects, and have practical experience with Magento.
