Job Description
- Design and development of Automotive sub systems for passenger cars, in particular Interiors.
- Design using CAD tools Catia V5 and Enovia PLM tool. Facilitate & Complete System FMEA for Safety Analysis.
- Support Component DEMEA for Safety Analysis. Functional Safety Validation, Impact Analysis and Make Functional Safety Status recommendation.
- Selection of manufacturing process and design the parts to meet the functional strength and life requirement.
- Generate detail design and 3D models and production release drawings as per OEM requirement.
- Co-ordinate testing, prototyping, validation of various proposals.
- Co-ordination with Tech-Mahindra Offshore Design Centers in India and suppliers.
- Manufacturing feasibility analysis and responsible for engineering solutions.
- B-releasing activity in Bentley System. Cost optimization of the designed parts. Drafting PDM’s.
