In this role, the successful IT Support will work alongside a dynamic helpdesk team to deliver a timely, professional, and friendly service. You will be dealing with tickets, dealing with customer requests and helping their problems.

This role would suit someone with experience in IT support, 2nd line it support and looking to progress their career with a highly reputable Solutions company.

The Role:

* Providing technical support and maintenance to support all customer situations.

* Working incidents, problems, and requests to complete several open tasks at any one time.

* Simple admin work and ticket work from 1st to 2nd line.

The Person:

* Experienced in providing First and Second Line IT support

* Effectively liaise to build on existing, and create new relationships with clients
