An exciting opportunity within UK's Energy services company are looking Innovation Developer

based in Windsor.

Role: Innovation Developer

Location: Windsor (2 days week onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: £700 per day (Inside IR35)

As part of team, construct robust, scalable prototypes and POCs that effectively demonstrate the value and functionality of new ideas, ensuring they are in line with our strategic direction towards sustainable energy solutions.

Experience and skills Required:

• Leverage cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, drones, and robotics, to solve complex problems.
• Work closely with Innovation Designers and other team members to align technical development with design concepts and business objectives.
• Employ agile development practices to rapidly produce high-quality code and facilitate iterative feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability.
• knowledge of cloud services and DevOps principles to support efficient development and deployment processes.
• Act as a technical mentor within the Innovation Team, sharing expertise and fostering a learning environment that encourages curiosity and professional growth.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine requirements, gather feedback, and validate the technical aspects of new innovations.
• Experience in an innovation or product team, ideally with exposure to both large organisations and startup environments.
• Strong programming skills and experience with a variety of languages and frameworks relevant to the project needs.
• Hands-on experience with advanced technologies such as AI, drones, or robotics.
• Proficiency with agile development methodologies and a track record of working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
