£30,000 - £45,000/annum
  • Position: 3rd line Engineer
  • Location: King’s Lynn (onsite)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide 2nd/3rd line IT Support
    • Monitor Customer's Infrastructure via RMM solution
    • Ensure SLAs are met
    • Manage customer issues through closure
    • Identify recurring outages and trends
    • Document processes and suggest improvements
    • Assist in problem resolution and training
    • Lead customer IT projects
    • Offer strategic IT advice
    • Assist with sales and support quotes
    • Support and develop internal IT systems
    • Liaise with suppliers

  • Essential Skills:
    • CCNA / CCNP / CompTIA Network+
    • Virtualisation (VMWare/Hyper-V)
    • Azure installation experience
    • Watchguard / UTM experience
    • Windows OS/Server
    • Microsoft Exchange and 365
    • 5+ years of professional experience
    • ITIL Framework Experience preferred
    • Experience with ITSM ticket systems and RMM / PSA
    • Clean UK driving license
  • Desired Skills:
    • Wireless network installation
    • SharePoint Administration
    • Additional certifications (CompTIA, MTA, MCP, MSCE, CCNA)
  • Salary Range: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, one Saturday a month, on-call rotation
  • Experience: MSP experience preferred
