- Position: 3rd line Engineer
- Location: King’s Lynn (onsite)
- Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line IT Support
- Monitor Customer's Infrastructure via RMM solution
- Ensure SLAs are met
- Manage customer issues through closure
- Identify recurring outages and trends
- Document processes and suggest improvements
- Assist in problem resolution and training
- Lead customer IT projects
- Offer strategic IT advice
- Assist with sales and support quotes
- Support and develop internal IT systems
- Liaise with suppliers
- Essential Skills:
- CCNA / CCNP / CompTIA Network+
- Virtualisation (VMWare/Hyper-V)
- Azure installation experience
- Watchguard / UTM experience
- Windows OS/Server
- Microsoft Exchange and 365
- 5+ years of professional experience
- ITIL Framework Experience preferred
- Experience with ITSM ticket systems and RMM / PSA
- Clean UK driving license
- Desired Skills:
- Wireless network installation
- SharePoint Administration
- Additional certifications (CompTIA, MTA, MCP, MSCE, CCNA)
- Salary Range: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, one Saturday a month, on-call rotation
- Experience: MSP experience preferred
