Role Overview:

As the Paid Social Manager / Senior Paid Social Executive, you will be the driving force behind impactful paid social strategies, delivering data-driven campaigns that exceed client expectations. This role is tailor-made for those passionate about leveraging insights, leading high-performing teams, and staying at the forefront of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Forge strong relationships with key clients, understanding their core objectives to provide strategic solutions that surpass goals.
  • Campaign Strategy: Craft bespoke paid social strategies, utilising advanced audience targeting, creative optimisation, and meticulous budget management to maximise ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a small team of specialists, fostering an environment of growth, excellence, and innovation.
  • Performance Analysis: Harness analytics to monitor and refine campaign performances, translating data into actionable strategies for success.
  • Innovation and Collaboration: Stay ahead of digital trends, encouraging a culture of creative thinking and teamwork within the agency.

  • Expertise in Paid Social Media Advertising: In-depth knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat, with a history of successful campaign management.
  • Strategic Acumen: Exceptional ability to devise comprehensive strategies aligned with client goals and market dynamics.
  • Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager, with a keen eye for data interpretation and optimisation.
  • Leadership Qualities: The ability to lead, nurture talent, and build a collaborative workspace.
  • Client Relations: Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building lasting client relationships and delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field preferred; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of experience in paid social media advertising within an agency or digital marketing setting.
  • Demonstrable success in managing large-scale paid social campaigns, driving significant results and ROI.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and creative best practices.
