- Requirements gathering
- Process modelling using BPMN 2.0
- Conducting workshops
- IT operations management
The Person: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience in a relevant industry -Higher Education
- Previous involvement in delivering infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Proficiency in writing requirements
- Workshop facilitation skills
- Gap analysis expertise
- Experience in mapping IT operating processes
- Knowledge of Zabbix is desirable
