As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you'll have the chance to lead the development, enhancement, and innovation of our client's cloud-based data platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the evolution of their platform, implement complex solutions, and deliver high-performing technical solutions to their customers. While primarily a technical role, you'll also collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise their platform investment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of new data & analytics capabilities in the cloud-based platform.
- Provide technical leadership and support for Data Science and ML Ops initiatives.
- Manage infrastructure, connectivity, and security of the data platform.
- Contribute to team standards, processes, tools, and documentation improvements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud technologies and data solutions.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and CI/CD.
- Strong communication skills and passion for data & analytics.
- Ability to coach and mentor others to promote growth.
- Creative problem solver with excellent time management skills.
- Proactive team player focused on delivering outcomes.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and driving continuous improvement.
