Sustainability Manager

Our client is a leading IT Integration & Services business, known for its innovative solutions and commitment to sustainability. With a strong reputation in the industry, they are dedicated to driving positive environmental impact through their operations and services.

Position Overview:
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sustainability Manager to lead the development and implementation of it's sustainability strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive reporting, including ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) metrics, Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions, and ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust sustainability strategy aligned with the company's objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead comprehensive reporting initiatives, including ESG metrics, carbon emissions (Scope 1, 2 & 3), and other relevant sustainability indicators.
  • Manage compliance with ISO 14001 standards and other relevant environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for environmental improvements and drive sustainable practices across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on sustainability-related matters.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and incorporate them into the company's strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sustainability-focused role, preferably within the IT Integration or Construction Fit-Out industry.
  • Strong understanding of Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions and familiarity with Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) within a tech company.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex sustainability data.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in sustainability, environmental management, or related fields are desirable.
