Director of IT Delivery

I have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Software Delivery Manager to step into the role of Director of IT Delivery.
As Director of IT Delivery you will manage several agile / scrum teams who will build, transform, enhance and support multiple digital transformation projects for international clients.
In this role you will be responsible for strategic planning with IT and business stakeholders, to provide guidance or recommendations on technology and architectural considerations.
Experience / skills:
- 8+ years IT Delivery Manager experience
- Extensive experience managing multiple teams
- Strong understanding of Agile/Lean leadership principles
- Strong external stakeholder management experience
- Insurance software experience a plus
Salary / Benefits:
- Salary €110,000 - 120,000
- Private health / dental insurance
