Cisco Unified Communications / Collaboration Project Engineer

South East based, Hybrid London (2 - 3 days per week)

£55,000 - £70,000 + Bonus, Pension & Benefits package

The Company

A leading Cisco and Microsoft partner is seeking a UC & Collaboration Engineer. The company are fast growing, industry leading managed service provider delivering in to mid and large enterprise clients. They pride themselves on working with some of the latest technologies and providing their staff with training and development across various verticals.

UC & Collaboration Engineer Roles and Responsibilities

The Senior Collaboration Engineer will be a key part of the project team, involved in the design and delivery function.

  • Design and delivery of Cisco Collaboration solutions across mid and large enterprise environments.
  • Act as point of contact for project
  • Upgrades and development of new and exciting environments
  • Point of escalation for junior team members

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience of Cisco Collaboration technologies
  • Experienced in delivering enterprise class Collaboration projects
  • CCNA or CCNP Collab preferred, but not essential
  • Experience working with Cisco Collaboration products, including Call Manager, CUCM, Unity, UCCx, WebEx etc.
  • Experience in working with broader technology, Network, SIP etc
  • Experience in support, troubleshooting and development of Cisco UC environments
  • Have customer liaising experience, be comfortable managing stakeholders
  • Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
