Junior Cloud Engineer – Remote Working 

On behalf of our growing client, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic Cloud Engineer. As Cloud Engineer, you will be collaborating with a talented, experienced team, providing best-in-class solutions for complex problems with the opportunity to work on the most cutting-edge technology platforms and tools available.

The Junior Cloud Engineer will be responsible for:

• Work with the solution architects to deploy and support solutions for our client and their customers
• Establish credibility and build relationships within the group and customer engineers to provide high levels of support
• Participate in architectural discussions to build confidence and ensure support is represented in development roadmaps
• Hands-on support and utilisation of our client's platform
• Support the O365 dev team in Setup, Configuration, Documentation and Handover project tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation in Jira/Confluence
• Assist Dev team with software patch regime testing, scheduling, and implementation
• Customer obsession with monitoring and stability, towards the objective of zero customers, raised tickets.

The Cloud Engineer will have the following:

• Experience in working with MS SharePoint and MS Teams as a user or administrator
• Experience in administering MS Exchange Mailboxes and Outlook Groups
• Experience in administering an Azure AD tenancy for organisations of at least 100 users
• Good working knowledge of MS Office productivity suite. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting solutions built on AWS/Azure/On-Premise
