This Birmingham based Housing Association is hiring for an NEC Housing IT Product Manager to implement their new Housing Management System, NEC Housing.

This is a new product implementation so you would be working on building roadmaps and setting strategies. Your role as NEC Housing IT Product Manager would help to set the direction and tone of the implementation, so you'll have loads of scope and influence to make a real impact!

You will provide NEC subject matter expertise, support the architecture of the application, and work at all levels across the business to ensure a successful implementation.

As NEC Housing IT Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the design of the NEC housing management solution. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll ensure seamless integration with existing technology while future-proofing systems for upcoming advancements. Your expertise will drive the development of the NEC roadmap, aligning with organisational goals and sharing insights.

As NEC Housing IT Product Manager, you will:

• Lead the design of the housing management solution, ensuring alignment with technology infrastructure and future scalability.
• Keep abreast of NEC developments, influencing the roadmap to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map business plans and operational needs, to craft a roadmap that drives organisational success.
• Own solution designs on projects, configuring the NEC system to meet specifications and resolving issues alongside NEC as an implementation partner.

If you have the following experience, you would be an excellent fit as NEC Housing IT Product Manager:

• Designing, configuring, and architecting for the NEC housing management system.
• Analysing business requirements and building roadmaps and strategies.
• Delivering change projects.
• Translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

This role is hybrid in Birmingham and the salary on offer is £64,000 with some great benefits.

Interviews will be taking place in April, with the Technology Director looking to review applications as soon as possible.
