The Role:

This growing Creative Marketing Agency are on the hunt for a Digital Project Manager to join their tight knit team. Working with big brand names like Starbucks and Nestle, you'll be responsible for managing a variety of digital projects with budgets ranging anywhere between £7k and £50k.

With programs of work covering strategy, content, creative, digital, and research, the Digital Project Manager will work to deliver projects on time and within budget. You'll collaborate with Account Managers, the Programme Manager and wider business teams to ensure successful delivery of both retainers and one-off pieces.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience to join a successful, local agency who will provide you with the platform to work on exciting projects with global clients!

Required Experience:

🚀 1 year + Project Manager experience - Essential

🚀 Experience working in a Digital / Marketing / Creative Agency - Desirable

🚀 Agile or Prince2 Qualification - Desirable

🚀 Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to work in a client-facing environment

The Package:

⭐ Salary range: £30,000-£35,000

⭐ Discretionary bonus of 10%

⭐ 25 days holiday + BH

⭐ Extra day off for your birthday

⭐ Flexible working options (core hours are 10am-4pm)

Working Set-Up:

This position required 3 days per week in their Surrey office (Weybridge), with 2 days per week WFH.

Interview Process:

1️⃣ Introductory conversation with Programme Manager (video)

2️⃣ Take home project with a video catch-up on your work

3️⃣ Final interview with CEO (In person)
