Prestigious opportunity for an IT Systems Engineer to join our international business delivering resolution of IT issues, developing solutions and systems integration for both on-prem and Cloud environments. This is a hybrid role 2-3 days a week in the office and candidates will be required to be eligible for UK Security clearance.


As one of our IT Systems Engineers, you will work closely with our international and global IT services team, our IT MSP's and partners, and be responsible for:-.

• System Design including complex systems integration
• System Installation
• Project Management
• Commissioning
• Support and Maintenance
• Remote Monitoring
• Maintain our high standards, particularly regarding customer communications and response times
• Working with suppliers and other IT partners
• Engaging in training opportunities to further personal and professional development/skills and knowledge in key areas.

If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!

• Proven experience in a 1st and 2nd line IT Support capacity
• Proven experience in supporting cloud based applications and software, Azure
• Ability to prioritise work, anticipate needs, and maintain a level head in a fast paced, changing & demanding environment
• Excellent communication, relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Proven knowledge of business and IT operational equipment support capability
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to recognise priorities and guide others towards the accomplishment of IT solutions aligned to strategic business goals and objectives
• Excellent team working skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Qualifications/Certifications such as: Microsoft Azure Admin, ITIL Foundation or ITIL Practitioner

Willing and able to achieve SC Clearance as required.
