Release Manager – ITIL – Northampton, Northamptonshire – Hybrid Role
 
Salary: £50-60k + excellent benefits, with hybrid working
 
We're looking to recruit a Release Manager for a leading software solutions provider to join their technical services team & drive positive change.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead and coordinate all Information Systems change activities, encompassing software releases and infrastructure changes.
  • Govern release activities, establishing safe and efficient change delivery frameworks.
  • Refine and document a robust Change Management process aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with Service owners to develop effective Release Frameworks for streamlined release management.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to drive positive Change within an ITIL environment.
  • Collaborate with Agile/DevOps teams to ensure smooth change implementation without hindering productivity.
 
Core Skills:
 
  • 2-3 years' experience in ITIL Change and Release Management.
  • Essential: ITIL Foundation v3 or ITIL4 certification.
  • Ability to influence and promote best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Genuine passion for driving positive change.
