We are looking for 2 ICT Technicians who will work on site within schools around Reading, ensuring that IT systems and services are always available so that students and staff can always perform to the best of their ability. You will be providing 1st & 2nd Line IT Support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently working in a school but who feels that their progression opportunities are limited. This is a role covering schools in the Reading area. You will be contractually based from home and will typically visit 1-2 schools per day. One of the roles will be mainly working within one school with the occasional visit to other schools in the area. You will be paid mileage for any distance covered from your home. Location: Reading 

Salary: £24k - £30k base salary plus great benefits and mileage payments. 

What you will bring to the role:

Previous experience in an IT Support
Experience of working within a school, academy or College would be very highly desired and advantageous. 
Previous experience in an MSP environment would be great but is not a necessity.
Experience installing, maintaining and fixing IT equipment, such as Servers, Software, Networks, Hardware and telephony
Experience supporting Office 365
Excellent customer services skills with a passion for providing a customer facing first class service.
