My client is an innovative market-maker in the personal finance space, who are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of engineers to develop market-leading software solutions that will transform how consumers navigate the banking, insurance and utilities markets.

Software Engineering Manager - Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Technical Leadership of the software development team.
• Day-to-day guidance of the team to ensure development in on track.
• Recruitment of top talent to build out your Engineering team.
• Collaborate with other Engineering Leads to meet business goals while delivering high quality service to your customers.
• Actively lead in career development of your team via appraisals, 1-2-1's, and mentoring.

Software Engineering Manager - Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience leading multi-discipline software engineering teams in the development, implementation, and delivery of software products/platforms.
• Expertise in software development principles and processes including debugging, design, and implementation.
• Experience in Project Management using tools such as Asana, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proven track record in recruiting top talent to build out your engineering team.
• Ability to cultivate a creative and collaborative culture.
