Role info:

• Fully Remote / Occasional Travel to client sites as required
• Salary up to £75K (depending on experience), plus £5K bonus (see benefits below)
• Permanent- Full Time

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant- Agresso Finance to join the busy consulting team.

The Senior Implementation Consultant- Agresso Finance will work with customers through all stages of the finance implementation: leading system design workshops, build consultancy, providing application consultancy and training, and assisting the client to achieve the best solution to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Implementation Consultant- Agresso Finance:

• Lead and participate in client workshops in relation to their system design
• Analyse requirements and proposed business processes, translating these into a documented solution design
• Take the lead role in providing business sector and application design expertise, and overseeing and coordinating the work of consultants as required
• Ensure solutions are kept within the agreed requirements of the project, raising possible scope creep to the nominated Project Manager
• Be responsible for the quality assurance of configured and tested systems, to ensure that the solution design has been implemented as specified
• Act as mentor to junior members of the team
• Assist with presales if required

Skills / Knowledge & Experience for the Senior Implementation Consultant- Agresso Finance:

• Knowledge and demonstrable experience of implementing and leading Unit4 ERP / Agresso Finance software in the public or private sectors
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrate expertise and a confidence in chosen subject matter, be seen as a ‘trusted advisor’ by the client
• Excellent presentation skills, able to deliver to all levels including but not limited to the most senior stakeholders within a client organisation
• Good commercial awareness
• Part or fully qualified AAT, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA or similar finance qualifications desirable but not essential
• Consultancy soft skills training, commercial awareness training desirable
• Understanding of implementation methodologies (Prince2, PMI) are desirable
• Happy with a remote based role with occasional travel to customer sites as required, but limited
