An exciting opportunity has emerged for a junior Power Platform developer role within the Group Applications team. Our client is a global manufacturing business and you will be joining a close knit team with plenty of opportunity for career growth as you progress.  The preferred candidate should possess at least 12 months of experience as a Power Platform Developer, with practical involvement in Office 365 development using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and Test Plans.
  • Experience using Power Platform Managed Environments, Pipelines, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experienced in Dataverse development and creating data models.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft SQL or similar database architectures.
  •  Familiarity with APIs and/or Custom Connectors.
  • Experience in administering SharePoint.
  • Holds a degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification.
  • Acquainted with modern IT environments, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong PC user skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Office 365 platform, encompassing Exchange, Microsoft 365 Cloud Applications and Services, Azure AD/Microsoft Enterprise ID, and the Azure ecosystem.
  • Strong grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle. • Basic understanding of Software Security principles and best practices. • Sound understanding of Power App and Power Automate development best practices
  • Great Communication Skills, Planning skills and Team work skills.
