We are working with a London based growing Commercial Real Estate Group on the lookout for a Web and Systems Consultant. They are initially looking for someone on a fixed term basis with a view to become permanent. 

The group cover commercial real estate and flexible working spaces, and are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Web and Systems Consultant to work with the senior leadership team and across the organisation.

The Role

The Web and Systems Consultant will work closely with the CEO, acting as the linchpin for all things IT, providing all technical support, managing and coordinating internal teams, whilst spearheading interactions with third-party suppliers.

This a unique opportunity to join the organisation, the role of the Web and Systems Consultant will be critical to assessing the current Tech-Stack, identify areas for improvement, drive the high-level vision and develop the strategic roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the CEO to evaluate current IT roadmap, establish short-term and long-term plans for the website and CRM system. Provide high quality project and programme support Including critical input at all stages of the project to inform task and direction. 
• Ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of complex Website and CRM projects, to enhance and simplifying customer’s digital experiences.
• Assess external website development and marketing vendors, ensure activities are in line with trends and best practices, and conduct tendering processes for new partners.
• Manage 3rd party web development and marketing partners, ensure activities are in-line with business objectives and project roadmaps/timelines.
• Advise senior stakeholders on risks and mitigations and work across the business to ensure that impacts are understood and embedded.
• Provide coaching and support to line managers, senior stakeholders, and impacted teams on their role in leading and embedding change.
• Participate in the identifying and instilling of best practice, processes and systems and engage in an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in your application for the Web and Systems Consultant  you will have a strong understanding of the Digital eco-system, and proven experience in integrating Websites with the CRM to create a smooth and seamless experience for customers.

You will have/be:

• 5+ year’s experience delivering complex CRM and CMS projects.
• Experience in assessing 3rd party vendors and conducting tendering processes for new partners.
• Confident in working collaboratively across different teams, confident in communication.
• Proven understanding and working knowledge of the software development life cycle and modern project management standard processes.
• Experience in designing digital solutions and visions to support business goals
• Deep knowledge of IT frameworks to ensure quality and consistency in delivery
• Experience in Salesforce or Hubspot is highly desirable.

In return the company is offering a salary of between £45,000 - £50,000 (pro rata) for the successful applicant, on a fixed term basis,
