We are seeking a Field Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of various IT projects, incidents, and user support requirements.

Job Description: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technical support for IT projects, incidents, and requests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support and guidance, with a focus on Microsoft technologies, to end users, colleagues, and clients, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.
• Offer proficient technical support across a wide range of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Intune, Azure, Microsoft 365, Office 365, customised client software, and hardware/software solutions.
• Manage the complete IT hardware lifecycle, including procurement, replacement, packaging, and meticulous asset record-keeping, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive technical support at main client locations, with an emphasis on Microsoft solutions.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation, including asset information, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures, especially pertaining to Microsoft technologies.
• Own and manage assigned tickets, ensuring efficient and systematic problem resolution through a robust tracking system, with a specific focus on Microsoft tools and platforms.
