This is an exciting time for a new IT Engineer to be joining the team as it continues on its Digital Transformation journey, introducing many new systems and services for the benefit of the College. Our new IT Engineer will join our well-established team of 13 staff and report to the Senior Engineer. You will play a key role within our team and therefore will need to be self-motivated, driven and able to adapt quickly.

The IT Services department manages a wide portfolio of IT systems and related infrastructure within the College. Most systems are based on Microsoft technologies both on premise and in the cloud, whilst server virtualisation currently utilises VMWare technologies. The department is responsive and customer focused, continually looking to improve the quality of the service offered to a large user base of over 9,000 students and staff.

This is a fast paced, varied role, providing our IT Engineer with the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge, as well as working with key stakeholders within the organisation. Flexible and part time options can be considered for the right candidate.
