Role: MRP/ ERP Implementation Consultant - Short Term Contracts
Location: Bristol

Salary / Rate of pay: £400-450 per day

Platinum recruitment is working with an Implementation company which specialises in the manufacturing industry, looking for skilled Implementation Consultants to undergo full cycle implementations of MRP/ ERP software into their growing client base.

What's involved?

Due to a growth in demand for their manufacturing and ERP consultancy and implementation services, which is typically based around their preferred platform, they are looking to expand their team of external consultants.

Our client approaches any MRP project through a 2-staged approach. The initial phase being typically a 3-day discovery and scoping consultancy assignment, to map and review the end-to-end processes from sales to accounts and to report on the fit of the solutions to the business. With a recommendation on the roll-out of the platform to meet the KPIs and the specific implementation support which our client could offer. The second stage is the implementation support which typically for a small manufacturer is around 8 man-days delivered over typically a 2-3 month timeframe.

What you need:

The consultant needs to meet the following:

• Already operating in a consultancy capacity
• Background of working 5 years plus in an Operational role in the small manufacturing sector - e.g. as Operations Manager/Interim Operations Manager, Production Manager
• Experience of leading an implementation of ERP/MRP software - including but not limited to SAP, Epicor, SYSPRO, Oracle NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Infor, ProgressPlus, Priority
