Service Assurance Analyst
Fixed Term Contract for 24 months

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled individual to coordinate an end-to-end Service Assurance process, encompassing Service Design and Transition. Collaborating closely with Project and Operational Teams, you will ensure that new and modified IT Services possess comprehensive Service Design Packages and meet agreed Service Transition and Operational Readiness criteria. This involves crafting artifacts such as runbooks, configuring ITIL service support processes, establishing support and RACI models, devising Disaster Recovery plans, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in coordinating/managing Service Design and Service Transition activities for new and modified services.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to successfully onboard all new and modified solutions into the production environment.
- Understanding of Availability Management, Capacity Management, and Information and Governance.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices.
- Experience in project delivery within a governance framework.
- Preferable experience in security system implementations.
