1st Line Support Engineer Peterborough £22k to £24k

My customer requires an experienced 1st line support engineer to work in a fast-paced high tech environment. You will provide technical and deskside BAU support for their Office in Peterborough.  

Supporting a team of up to 500 people onsite and remotely in an O365 based environment working on all the latest applications and systems, you would need to be abreast of current technology and troubleshooting.

Requirements of the 1st Line Support Engineer:

  • 1- 2 years’ experience in 1st Line Support Engineer / Deskside Support Engineer role
  • MSP experience or a customer centric environment providing support is desirable.
  • Floorwalking experience, and remote support essential
  • Understanding supporting - Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory
