Were seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to lead a dynamic team of C++ engineers. If youre passionate about simulation and optimization, this role offers the perfect blend of leadership and hands-on coding.
What Youll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of talented software engineers.
Design and enhance a high-performance simulation platform.
Set technical direction and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
Collaborate closely with researchers to devise cutting-edge solutions.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools as needed.
Requirements:
Advanced degree in computer science or equivalent.
Strong leadership skills with a solid technical background.
Proficiency in OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Experience with profiling tools and software design.
Exceptional communication skills.
Desirable: (C++17, C++20)
This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days needed onsite (Central London)
