Job Role and Responsibilities

Market Analysis and Research

·To generate Sales Qualified leads and convert marketing qualified leads

·Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.

·Analyse competitor activities and market conditions to formulate effective strategies.

·Maintain CRM to demonstrate activity

·Utilise social media channels and outbound activity (phone and email) to manage a pipeline of potential clients.

Client Acquisition

·Deliver on a robust client acquisition strategy to expand the company's customer base.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their needs.

Sales Strategy Data:

·Operate within the set Business Unit to help and lead and deliver revenue goals for the business unit leader.

·Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative and effective sales strategies.

·Implement strategies to promote the company's products and services to drive revenue growth.

Closing:

·Close sales deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Pipeline Management:

·Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.

·Regularly update and report on the status of leads and opportunities.

Team Collaboration:

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align business development efforts with company goals.

·Provide insights and feedback to improve products and services based on client interactions.

Person Specification

Education and Experience:

·Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (nice to have but not necessary)

·Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

·Familiarity with the technology industry is a plus. However, 2-3 years’ experience in a sales role is required.

Communication Skills

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·Ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.

·Comfortable with using the Microsoft suite and CRM

·Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions.

Relationship Building:

·Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

·A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value to clients.

Adaptability:

·Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

·Willingness to adapt to changes and embrace new challenges.

·Comfortable working in an environment with Key Performance Indicators.

·Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly Workshop targets

·Maintain a healthy and well-managed sales pipeline.

·Contribute to the expansion of the company's market presence and brand recognition, and as result to impact on profitability.
