We are currently recruiting for client facing, Business Data Consultants, for one of our clients, a well-established Software and Data Analytics solutions provider to the UK Social Housing market.

With 20% growth last year, strong investment and two thirds of the available market subscribing to their solutions, they are in a strong position from which to launch new, cutting-edge solutions and services for their customers.

This organisation provides software, data solutions and consultancy that enable Housing Associations to improve their performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This role is for an experienced Business Consultant from the UK Social Housing sector, who is adept at understanding clients’ resource challenges and regulatory requirements.

The role will apply knowledge gained across a range of housing operations e.g. responsive repairs, voids management, complaints handling, anti-social behaviour services, tenancy management and lettings to support a landlords’ service transformation.

You will therefore advise on consultancy solutions to the clients’ pain points, e.g. business/process analysis, data strategy, data tools, customer (tenant) experience and service reviews.

Responsibilities

 • Maintain a deep understanding of Social Housing customers and the sector to provide expert advice

• Help customers harness their data to unlock insight that drives their performance, continuous improvement and value-for-money

• Deliver projects and engagements on time, within budget and to specified quality

• Ensure optimum customer experience by anticipating problems and resolving them swiftly

• Engage and support all Consultancy delivery management processes e.g. project initiation, budget management, time recording, project closure, etc.

• Develop new consultancy offerings based on sector trends and market need

• Lead the scoping and pricing of consultancy projects/engagements

• Manage and co-ordinate relationships with third parties who can enhance our service offerings and project delivery for customers

To be considered for this role, we are looking for the following skills and background:

• 3 years + experience as a customer facing consultant in the UK Social Housing Sector
• Experience of using qualitative and quantitative information to influence a range of stakeholders
• Knowledge of social housing regulation, policy and reporting compliance
• Experience of scoping and delivering housing consultancy
• Experience of managing customer relationships and growing accounts
• Experience of Data, Analytics, SaaS consultancy preferable
• UK passport holder with a UK driving licence and ability to travel.
• Remote role that will include team meetings at their West Midlands HQ.
