Position: IT Support Technician - First Line Support
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Location: Tonbridge, Kent

About the Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing first-line support to clients, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring prompt resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about IT support and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to client inquiries and providing technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Continuously expanding your knowledge and skills in IT support.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an IT support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments is advantageous.
• Must have own car for client visits.
