Working Hours: Flexible Shifts between 7 AM - 8 PM, Monday to Friday

Your Role:

As a pivotal member of our service delivery team, you will be involved in a variety of tasks — from providing expert service desk support and solving complex problems remotely to implementing IT projects and services on-site. Under the guidance of the Senior Service Delivery Manager, you'll collaborate closely with team members to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.

Requirements

  • Solid technical and communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on solving problems and delivering results.
  • The ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
  • Experience in a service desk role, ready to tackle both common and complex issues.
  • A familiarity with Microsoft technologies and the fundamentals of IT support and networking.
  • Previous experience of working in  a Managed Services Environment would be desirable but not essential

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Desktop & Office systems, Server, and Virtualization.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and network fundamentals like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Ability to support hardware such as printers, desktops, and servers.
  • Understanding of email, antivirus, and backup software.
  • Experience with networking hardware and configurations (WAN, LAN, VLAN, VPN, WLAN).
  • Mobile devices/phones.
  • Microsoft 365
