We are delighted to be working with this company situated in Peterborough. They are recruiting for a Development Analyst to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Understanding business requirements and expectations to ensure that solutions are adopted
• Delivering demonstrations and training sessions
• Providing feedback through the development phase to developer and end user
• Document testing of solutions during development
• Assisting with end user testing
• Assisting technical support team with calls referred via helpdesk

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in similar role
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience working with a range of stakeholders
• Experience with SQL (desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to pick up new skills and technologies quickly
