Salary: £34,000 + Good package

A leading organization in the renewable energy sector requires a number of Desktop/IT Support Analysts/Engineers to join its fantastic growing team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• The ability to provide remote Desktop Support
• Experience providing 1st and 2nd Line support
• A strong understanding and capability around Home Networks.
• The ability to resolve a range of IT issues across a range of technology (detailed below)
• A good understanding of Microsoft operating systems and other software applications such as Microsoft Office, Office365, SharePoint etc.
• Ability to install IT equipment and swap out components and able to diagnose.
• Excellent communication skills – all mediums/all levels
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
