As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include…

  • Resolving escalated first line tickets in a timely manner whilst adhering to company SLA’s
  • Support in proposals for customer products ensuring that the best solution is delivered
  • Help to onboard new customers, providing great service through seamless process
  • Provide onsite support to a range of clients with a customer centred approach
  • Delivering agreed customer support projects to a high standard in a prompt manner
  • Assisting in the training of 1st line engineers with the solution to escalated tickets

We are looking for 2nd Line Support Engineer with the following skills and experience…

  • Strong IT background preferably with experience working within an MSP
  • Knowledge on Windows Server, Backups, Virtualizations, Office 365, Windows OS and more!
  • Passion for delivering great customer service both remotely and in person
  • The ability to manage multiple customer needs whilst being organised and decisive
  • Be efficient, adaptable, flexible and the best team player in the land
  • Able to use own vehicle for work/client visits, and hold a clean UK driving license

In return, the successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000, plus the following benefits…
