Senior AV System Designer

Owing to a major increase in project activity, they're looking for a dedicated Senior AV System Designer who is passionate about transforming creative concepts into awe-inspiring technological wonders. This critical role involves designing systems that seamlessly integrate video, audio, lighting, and interactive components to ensure captivating and flawless audience experiences. O

Their technology-neutral approach allows you to identify the ideal solution for each project's unique requirements.

Primary Senior AV System Designer Duties:

• Design and develop integrated AV systems that bring immersive experiences to life
• Create comprehensive system architectures, including equipment, signal flow, and control protocols
• Produce detailed technical schematics, rack layouts, and documentation for smooth project execution
• Lead the setup and testing of technology for specific projects and ongoing R&D initiatives

Senior AV System Designer - Must-Have Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in AV system design and implementation
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities
• Proactive problem-solving approach, foreseeing and addressing issues
• Proficiency in network-based protocol integration and video/audio/lighting/control signal applications
• Familiarity with various media server packages and playback systems
• Strong computer skills, especially in Windows OS and MS Office (Excel)

Bonus Skills:

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with CAD software and real-time interactive engines
• Understanding of network topology and industry-standard immersive experience equipment
• Practical, hands-on approach to iterative design and continuous improvement
