One Step are working with a global company who specialises in the media industry!
We are looking for a Client Services Executive who will assist the team in supporting the client base of media professionals and carry out data analysis and planning, mainly via phone and email.
In this exciting role, you will be providing application support on software products, diagnosing software errors and working with the developers to resolves issues and bugfixes. You will also be diagnosing data and reporting issues with external data providers.
A high level of computer literacy is needed for this role and knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing software errors is desirable. You must be confident dealing with clients, via the telephone and emails.
Previous experience working with Television Audience Measurement data is also desirable but not essential.
