Role:  Full Stack TypeScript Software Engineer – Vue, Node, AWS 

Location:  Temporary office in Derbyshire, Hybrid – 1 day a week in the office.  

Salary: £60-80k plus benefits

I happen to be working with a small fintech start-up, with up to around 25 people that are all scattered around the globe.  

They have a small Software Engineering team in the East Midlands of 3-4 Devs, which is why this role is hybrid with a day per week in an office: they want to get a good collaborative culture here as this is where most people are located in one place.  

They go to the pub for lunch and a drink, so make a good time of their office day! They also offer a budget to get your home office just how you like it, so you get the best of both worlds! 

They are a lovely bunch of people- laid-back, easy to get on with, and great at what they do.

They are looking for a Software Engineer to join their ranks and help them deliver on all the work they have! They use:

• TypeScript
• Vue3
• Node
• AWS

They have a variety of projects going on, so the work will vary in its focus, but the current workload is leaning towards backend node, so if you have more of a preference for backend dev, then this could be a good one for you. That said, there will, most likely, be some projects that come through at some point that are more front-end leaning or entirely backend, etc., so please bear that in mind!
