Avanti Recruitment is working with a Software company based in central London who are on the market for a Software Engineer. They provide security solutions which are trusted by companies across a wide range of industries including huge Software Companies, Telecommunications and even the Government.

Someone who has a solid Linux background with experience working with Ubuntu and Bash scripting would really stand out to them, they have a strong team where your inputs are valued and encouraged. They are looking for someone who is passionate about the work they produce and takes pride in the systems they work on.

One of the main points that stand out is the variety that is offered, you to get involved with some greenfield work coming in, increasing security and trouble-shooting customer systems, they are also upgrading to the newest version of Ubuntu. They have a really welcoming culture where everyone gets on, the CEO is always around if you need any help and is often seen walking the floor checking in on everyone. This is a remote-first role with 1 day per week in the office, this will be Wednesdays as they like to get the team together on the same day.
