What you will do

As part of the technical team you will be responsible for engaging with new and existing customers by using different management CRM’s, telephone and face to face. 

• Assisting with new projects 

• Monitoring and maintaining the Mobile, voice and data networks within the company 

• Working with customers/colleagues to identify network problems and advising on the solution

• Good relationship building skills and excellent customer service

• Logging and keeping records of customer queries

• Working with networks and suppliers and identifying/reporting issues

• Keeping ticketing systems up to date and customers updated

• Passionate about technology and an eagerness to learn new technologies

• Highly motivated and able to work to own initiative and as part of a team

• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively

• An analytical and methodical problem solver

Skills and Experience required
