We at Work Lyf Group are recruiting for a Project / Software Engineer for our client based in Longport, Stoke-on-Trent. The applicant should have experience in control system design and PLC/HMI software design and commissioning inc motion control.
Most projects undertaken by our client utilise either Siemens or Rockwell hardware, however most other PLC types have been used when specified by customers, including Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider etc.
It is essential that the applicant is able to demonstrate good communications skills and technical content during meetings with clients.
Industries include – Food, water, heat treatment and general automation.
Package include – Salary dependent upon experience but circa 45-55K + annual bonus, 25-Days leave + bank holidays, Annual bonus & pay review, Private Healthcare, Pension scheme.
Hours - 7:30-16:00 Mon-Thurs / 7:30-15:00 Fri (15 min paid morning break 10:00-10:15 – 30 min non paid lunch break 13:00-13:30)
