Job Title: IT Account Manager /BDM (Hybrid - New and Existing Accounts)

Location: Birmingham / Dudley 

Salary: £35-50,000 basic – OTE of £50-75,000

Chapman Tate Associates seeks an IT Account Manager / BDM to join this award-winning IT Managed Services provider.

My client is open to remote working and will allow the successful candidate to be based from home.

Ideally they would like the successful candidate being out meeting customers and further developing your market proposition.

MY CLIENT IS OPEN TO SOMEONE THAT HAS WORKED IN THE UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS/TELECOMS SECTOR/OR IT MANAGED SERVICES.

My client are growing at an exponential rate and the market is literally on fire for them at present. The sales team firing on all cylinders and this is a new role to help build on a fast-growing team.

Supporting a number of businesses across a range of industries, they deliver a range of solution and professional services across Unified Messaging, IM & Presence, Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, Backup/DR as a Service, Cloud Services, Video Conferencing and various other related solutions.

This is not any other Sales opportunity, as you will be backed with a marketing budget and team. You will have access to a Marketing Team that will consist of an Executive that will design content for mailers including video content; an appointment setter; and warm leads passed for conversion.

The ideal candidate will have recently worked and has experience of working for an IT Managed Services Provider or VAR (Value Added Reseller). Anyone that has worked for someone within the top 100 CRN would be good, but it is paramount you are a NEW BUSINESS individual. My client IS NOT after an Account Manager that will pick up a number of selected accounts.

Technically any experience of selling solutions around the following will be warmly welcome:

-Firewall solutions around Cisco Meraki, Aruba, HP or Dell

-SAAS solutions such as O365, MS BI, AI

-UC based solutions around Co-location, MPLS Networking, VPN, IP HOSTING, Fixed Lines, Hosted VoIP

-Cyber Security endpoint solutions such as SentinelOne, Crowdstrike, Kaspersky or Sophos

-Anti-virus solutions

-Backup and recovery solutions i.e. Veeam, Acronis, Rubrik, Commvault or Veritas

-Cloud solutions around AWS or GCP
